Summer Session 2026
Willamette Kids is offering a Summer Session for 2026! It will be filled with activities that preschoolers and K-5th grade kids will love!
This session runs all summer long, 12 weeks with 12 themes! Each week we will embark on a new adventure of learning and play. From ocean to space themes, there will be so much to explore!
There are limited spots available so enroll soon!
Summer Session is June 15th to September 3rd
Summer Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
(With a few part-time spots from 8am-12pm for both age groups)

Hi, I'm Diana. I have three kids of my own: two teenagers and a preteen. Life is a constant adventure! We've been in Eugene since 2012. I joined the Willamette Kids family to serve the community by providing a safe and loving place for kids here. I believe God has gifted me with the skills and passions to work well with His beautiful little ones and the teachers He has placed here to do His work. My goal is to help children feel safe and at ease in a childcare environment. My hope is that they will explore and learn at their own pace, guided by their loving teachers and the consistency we provide together. Jesus is the center of my life and the King of my heart. I'm blessed to be part of His plan for coming alongside families and helping children know Him.

Hi, my name is Irene, and I have been working in Childcare for 8 years. I’ve had the privilege of supporting and nurturing young minds as they explore, learn, and grow. Each day I’m inspired by the joy and curiosity children have in the world and I strive to create an environment where they feel safe, valued, and encouraged. I believe in leading with kindness, patience, and purpose, values that guide both my professional and personal life. Faith plays a central role in my life. My love for God guides everything I do. It shapes how I treat others, the love I pour into my work, and the joy I find in everyday moments. I strive to reflect God’s love and grace in all that I do. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 24 years and together we’ve raised two amazing boys, now 19 and 22. My family bond is my greatest source of joy and strength. In my free time, you can find me gardening, cooking and baking.

Hello! My name is Lori Whipkey.
I was born, raised and have lived most of my life here in Eugene. I love that we are just a day's drive from the coast, the mountains and the desert.
I have loved working with young children since teaching Sunday School when I was 12 years old. Since then, in one way or another, I have been involved in Early Childhood Education.
I teach because I have a strong desire to plant the seeds of God’s love in young hearts, hoping they will carry it forward through the rest of their lives.
Family is everything to me. When I have the time, I love shopping- for anything & everything from home decor to pet accessories to unique foods-just shopping. I also enjoy road trips and travel, when I can.

Hey there, I’m Tracy! God has given me a HUGE heart for kiddos and a passion for teaching them about HIS GREAT BIG LOVE, as well as, having a heart that worships Him in all we do! I have been working with children now for nearly 30 years. My time in the early childhood field specifically includes both private and grant-funded daycare centers, as well as, teaching preschoolers in church settings! Along with supporting staff here at WKCDC, I’m also the Children’s Pastor at Valley River Life Church here in Eugene.

I serve full time with Willamette Christian Center as the Children's Ministry Director, a position I have enjoyed for ten years, and love the relationship I get to build with kids and families in the community by serving also as the ministry supervisor of WKCDC. I have two teenage boys, two loving and large dogs, and a wonderful husband. Fun fact about me: I also have twin sister - she and I look nothing alike.
